Having that heart attack was like a wakeup call for me. I realized I lived in a life full of stress and worry. So I sold all my belongings and began on this long journey to the Himalayas. Once there, I meet a fine young monk named Yogi Krishnan. He was a lawyer just like me but he had realized the side effects of being one long before. He kindly gave me advice on where to go. So I headed into the mountain range. I had walked for 3 days until I found the Sages of Sivana. Their homes were beautiful little huts covered with roses. On the first night I had been taught my first lesson with Yogi Raman, the leader of this group. He had told me how important self-control and the technique of erasing worry is. I have never felt this kind of emotion before. As the months progressed I had started to learn about all the ancient techniques and the secrets to radiant living. But on the last day of my trip I had started to realize when I had gone wrong I decided to tell what I had done wrong and all the secrets of the Sages to John. Once I had left, I went straight to John's office. Once John had realized it was me. He started telling me how my complexion had changed. He was curious about my journey so I started off by telling him all about the voyage. Then I started revealing what I had learned on my first days in those sacred huts. I told him the secrets of erasing the habit of worry and the importance of self-control. Unfortunately, I had to leave because I needed to complete some important paperwork. The next day John had invited me over to his house and I had worn the traditional dress given to me by the Sages. I opened my heart and told him all about my experiences with the Sages of Sivana. The Heart of Rose and The Secret of the Lake was my first lessons to John. Once he had gulped down all this information he had asked how to achieve eternal happiness in a quicker time period. I told him that all of these techniques would take at least one month to take action. But nonetheless John asked for the secret of eternal happiness. I had told him that a person lacks happiness because he doesn't do what he desires. John had understood this perfectly, mostly because he had desired to learn this. I had then told him about the techniques and rituals of radiant life otherwise known as "Kraizen". These ten techniques had been devoured by my student fast. My personal favorite ritual was the ritual of music which requires you to listen to music and is the easiest of all. After teaching about Kraizen I started revealing all of my life's mistakes. This has been most emotional act I have ever done even more emotional than the first day at the Sages of Sivana's homesoil. I had even gotten hysterical at the end. After I had finished John was looking down at his knees summarizing and I decided to slip away unnoticed.
